Booting X41 from SD card?

#1 Post by ManUtdFan » Sun Jun 12, 2005 2:07 pm

I was just wondering - can an X41 boot from the SD card reader? I have a 1GB Kingston Ultimate SD card and it could be cool to be able to boot into Knoppix for some network stuff etc.

a proper BIOS, when booting from flash, will mount it as a: for dos compatibility.

Booting from memory cards

It *OUGHT* to be able to boot from a proper setup memory card.
And, as stated, boot as a floppy (big floppy!).
