1.1Ghz: Pentium 713 v Pentium 733 (1.1 GHz) Purchase Help

Hey all-

I'm purchasing an x40. I have two options:

2371 A9U (P 713)
or
2371 BMU (P 733)


The major difference:
1MB cache v 2MB cache. 130nm v 90 nm, for the 713 and 733 respectively.

The cost difference to me is ~$400. Is there any compelling reason why I should get the 733 as opposed to the 713?

Any bit of information helps, even if seemingly insignificant.

The 733 should be slightly faster, especially if an app fits in more than 1MB, but less than 2MB, L2 cache.

The 733 should also be lower power at full speed. I don't know how the ULV chips scale, but on the full power chips, the Dothan (the core that the 733 uses) is 21W, whereas the Banias (the core that the 713 uses) is 24.5W.

The 713 uses 7W @ 1100mhz while the 733 consumes 5W @ 1100mhz (source: http://www.sandpile.org/impl/pm.htm). The 733 is theoretically faster and cooler but I doubt you will notice any real world difference. I would certainly not pay $400 more for it.
