Disk surface error

Hi,

I had some problems with disk so I run PC-Doctor for a test:

DriveTest (18 )
Error reading block number 65792664: Incorrect function.

Is that sufficient problem to apply warranty ?

Let's go'n'restart

My X200 745533M has no features of creating R&R disk. Does any one has the image for it plus the drivers image as well?
