When I look at the info on the drive in my brand new X41, it tells me it's been powered on for 35745 hours, which is over 4 years!
I'm also told it's 'Failed' on seek error rate.
I've had the drive out and it's dated July 05, so I'm wondering if values are being misreported. Could someone else please check theirs using HD Tune (it's under 'Health') and post results for the above?

Cheers.
Worrying HD S.M.A.R.T Data
I ran that test several days ago and got similar results, failure at seek error rate and completely overblown runtime. Some googling revealed that HD Tune may have problems interpreting the SMART data from exotic drives. Neither the BIOS nor CPU-Z report any problems with the drive, and they use the same data, so I do not worry too much.
