Battery Not Charging...

Hey everyone, here's the deal. I just noticed today that my battery level was not at 100% while my X32 sat plugged in. Ok, so I check to see if it is charging. No dice. Further investigation revealed that the status of the battery shows, 'No Activity' and the current is at 0.00 A. I purchased this unit in August of this year and everything has been running smoothly.

My main question here is, what should I do? Am I going to need a power adapter or, worst case, send the whole unit back in? Thanks for your time.
