Performance Issues on Batter

I notice that on battery my X41 slows way down for several things...most notably graphics type things. I don't know if this is the proc throttleing down because it is on battery or the graphics settings.

Where can I adjust the settings so that nothing is lowered while on battery? For some reason, I am not seeing it.

Hit the Access IBM button, go to manage power(first option). Then battery settings. Select Max performance.
