Where could I purchase an ext. slim usb cd-rw case?

I like to find a slim external USB 2.0 case in which I could use either my X4 Ultrabase's CD/RW-DVD or my Ultrabay 2000 sized (12.5mm) NEC DVD/RW when I travel. I'm not being cheap here as I know these external drives aren't too expensive these days, but since I already have a few internal ones I figure I could get dual use out of them with the right case. Every case I find is the size one would find for a desktop computer. Anyone know of a source for a nice slim drive case?
