HELP!! file needed for clean install of win xp tablet

I need help. I am in the process of installing a fresh window tablet pc for my x41 tablet and windows says it needs this file: tpgwlnot.dll. Can someone check their system to see if they have the file? My system is erase so I don't have access to that file.
