Other languages handwrite recognization

I know that most of you are English or European languages but does anyone here know something about more languages handwrite recognization in XP Tablet Edition?
Someone here told me that there is an option for Hebrew handwriting recognization but I can't find it in my system. I'll try to contact Microsoft here but their service probably won't help me because I bought this computer in the USA.

Have you tried downloading the Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Multilingual User Interface & Recognizer Pack ? Not sure if Hebrew is included though.

Thanks, but as it seems to be, Hebrew does not included. Maybe it's a mistake of my friend.
