I've had my new X24 for a couple of months now with no problems. Today, whilst I was using it it just died. Screen went blank and all lights went out, Keyboard stopped working.
I tried taking out the AC and battery to reset it. I've done this several times and each time the same thing happens: All lights come on as if it is starting up and then all go out except the battery light and the power light (I think it's the power light - the one that looks like a Z inside a cricle.)
Anyone have any ideas what's gone wrong or how to fix this, and since the computer is still under warranty, are any repairs that might be needed covered by this?
Thanks
X24 will not power up
