Buying a battery on eBay for a X41

Hi,

I'm planing on buying a 8 cell battery for my X41. Since the price in Sweden for this battery is about $250 that's out of the question.
I found a seller on eBay who seems to be legit judging from the feedback and has a reasonable price.

Has anybody bought from this seller?

Do you have another seller on eBay that you'd like to recommend?

looks good, i bougt a battery on ebay for my x32. Its a sanyo. No problems yet. Seems to be good. Got it from ace-distributers

Oh and ask if its new as in never used

Instead of buying the battery on eBay I managed to find a guy in Sweden who was celling a used one.
It cost me 130 $, a bit expensive but still much cheaper then buying a brand new one in a regular store.
The only drawback, besides the price, is that the battery wear level is 7% according to NHC 1.8.
