X41 screen strange colors

Hi,
the screen of my X41 is just nice. But sometimes when I turn on my laptop in the morning (after carrying it in the cold), the colors are really strange. It looks like there is a large excess of red. What I do to overcome this problem is touching the screen and then it just nice again.
Didi you experience the same?

ratoto67,

red color tone on the display is a quite clear indicator that your LCD inverters or drivers are about to die.

You want to contact IBM for warranty service and I am pretty sure that they will call the machine in for service one you describe the screen behavior properly.

Thanks ... I am happy since one week I did not see this s*** again. Anyway i will contact IBM in case it re-appears
