X21 Heat Problems

Guys, Has anyone else noticed that the bottom cover gets exceptionally hot on the bottom cover just above the battery???

This is not processor related, its actually the system board just up from the battery contacts?

I have replaced 7 system boards in the last few days due to them blowing. and the chips where the heat is coming from has actually burnt out....and burns the inside of the case....

Just curious if I am doing something wrong or if this is a known problem

Any help would appreciated.
