When resuming from standby screen is expanded!

I have this very weird problem. I have an X41 Tablet and most of the times when i resume from standby screen resolution is expanded like the magnifier is activated but nothing shows up in the task bar. If I activate the magnifier and then deactivate it it returns to normal. i am guessing this is a driver problem but I think I have the latest drivers. At least software installer says so.
Any one had the same problem? I searched but didn't find anything relevant...

nope, i typically put mine on standby 4+ times a day and have no problems.
