x40 and IBM Client Security Software

Has anyone experience in using IBM Client Security Software and Password Manager ver 1.3? I'm thinking of downloading it and use for storing web password in x40.

P.S. I have heard from IBM technician in Thailand that ithe client secuirty software may have some problem with Win SP2. Is it true?
