X4 sleeve

Does anybody know what the part number is for the 12" version of the sleeve in this eBay auction? I asked the guy and he said he didn't have any stock left in the 12" which is a pity. I would quite like one. The guys in the T60 Series thread spoke quite highly of this guy and his stuff...
