how much do x40 keyboards go for

IBM sells them for about 50 dollars I think.
TP X23 +UBX2 +cdrw
TP X60 +UBX6 +dvdrw slim + floppy + 8cells battery

what about the price for a T4x keyboard selling from IBM??
1. T43 2668-B97 14" SXGA+ 1.5G RAM 9cells
2. X60s 1703-CA3 powerful
