X40 USB and Bluetooth stopped working

Recently my Bluetooth stopped working. The USB stopped working as well, USB has power but no device recognition.
No USB at all on Ultrabase.
USB shows up in Device Manager.
Bluetooth led on X40 is functional but no Bluetooth in Device Manager.

Do more X40 owners have this problem?

Foud some X40 owners with the same problem on Cnet.

Bios uptodate tried everything must be hardware.

I have tried a new CDC module but that did not help.

My solution is a pcmcia USB card.

Unfortunately I had only 1 year garanty but if it is a known problem I can maybe "force" IBM to repair it.
(european law, products should be 3 years fully functional)
