X41T Error Message PXE-Media Test Failed?

Has an error message when booting up before getting to the Win splash screen, any idea what this is and how to be rid of it? The boot process moves on fine after the message, so probably it's not a big issue.

Have followed posted directions for a clean xp install; whole operation went without a hitch. Thanks to kolo directions.

You can try disabling boot on LAN adapter.
