Calls to Lenovo automatically disconnected?

Recently whenever I try to make support phone calls to IBM, I notice that the phone will be disconnected after about 2 minutes, with a busy tone.

Anybody got any experience? My phone should be ok. Phone calls to any phone numbers never got a problem. I am suspecting lenovo is monkeying around to discourage customers from calling them.

Break out the tinfoil hats and interstallar modulators .. seriously tho there might be something wrong with your line. Have you tried calling from anywhere else? I just tried the US HelpCenter and didn't have any problems getting through.

Actually, I noticed they do something similar to me too... they disconnect the phone before I get to pick all the selections. So I have to resort to punching them in fast... wierd.

In fact one time I called them and waited for over 2 hours... guess what I called them from another phone and within 1 minutes somebody answered. So much for a queue eh...
