My X31 doesnt charge the battery and I dont know how too fix it?

Any ideas guys.

most likely either the charging circuit in the notebook is broken, or the battery itself.

try a battery from a friend if you can, and if it loads, then your battery is broken. if it does also not load, your x31 is the problem

Didnt charge my extended battery either so must be the machine.
This is the third time my X31 breaks down, I've already had the motherboard changed tvo times! .
I think my machine is an defected one.
