IBM X41 maintenance diskette

Hello,

I just have replaced a system board on IBM Thinkpad X41 tablet. I am looking for an IBM Thinkpad maintenace diskette to restore a system's serial number and model type. If anyone has this tool please send it to me at nguyen.pham@acrodex.com
