Does such a thing exist, finger digitizer pen for tablet pc?

Hi there I recently bought a x41 tablet. Since I am a long time pda user, i am more used to the pressure-sensitive touch screen. With the x41T, I always wanted to select or click stuff with my fingers. Seeing that the digitizer pen that comes with the x41T is quite light and simple, I was just wondering if there is such a digitizer pen that is small enough so you can wear on your finger which enables you to operate the tablet the same way as you do with a pda??

For example, you can mount the x41t in the car, and with such a finger digitizer pen, you can easily operate the x41t(GPS navigation, music playback etc.) while you are driving.

Am I crazy??
