How do I glue my feet back on?

#1 Post by alant » Tue Oct 03, 2006 12:54 pm

Although they fell off, I still have the feet for my X41. Now I need to glue them back on. I tried "regular" glue but that did not work.

Can anyone help me? What glue should I use?

Superglue? Flour and water?

Many thanks - Alan.

Contact cement works well.

Now, if someone can suggest where I can find some replacement feet for my X31, I'l be really happy. :)

i think you can call lenovo, and have ask them for replacements.. somebody mentioned it in a thread regarding uneven rubber feet in the x60 forum

Your recommendation for contact cement seems to have worked on my Thinkpad. Thanks!

I just use the rubber feet from an old Dell keyboard, and it fits prefectly..
