My tablet buttons stopped working

This is my first time posting on this forum so I hope this is appropriate.

The tablet buttons on my X41 recently stopped working. I tried to reinstall the driver but they still don't work. I have tried to remove recent software installations in case there is a conflict but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Anyone else have this issue? I wonder if it's just a user error but I don't remember making any configuration changes.
