Please also tell us:

1) Whether it has an ethernet port in addition to the modem
2) How good the battery is
3) The overall cosmetic condition of the laptop
4) Whether it has a Certificate of Authenticity sticker (also is it Win98SE or Win2K?) on the bottom.

If the answers are yes, very good (lasting over 2 hours), near mint, and Win2K, then I would say $160US.

In the U.S., all the X2x's overlap in price on eBay. However, it's important to remember that the X22's and up are much more desireable due to the Pentium III-m CPU's with 512MB cache (vs. 256MB) and the 133MHz bus (vs. 100MHz).

Also, X22's and up had internal WiFi options and X23's & X24's had Bluetooth options.

Stay away from the SVGA models (800 X 600 LCD).

Outside the U.S., picking may be slim as only a handful are typically available on eBay at any given time.

The X2's are very nice and a great value at this point.

Only the 500MHz Celeron models have SVGA - I owned two of those half a year ago. They have the advantage of being about 0.3 lbs lighter than the XGA models. The OP's X20 has XGA.

TFT means nothing. It's the resolution that matters, and it's almost certainly XGA unless it has been swapped with a SVGA one. "Network" implies ethernet (I hope). "Windows 2000" doesn't necessarily mean there is a COA sticker for it, and that sticker is worth around $20US. The AC adapter will cost $15 extra. If it's $135US shipped, it's not too bad but you can definitely find better deals, e.g. ones with more RAM, an AC adapter, etc.
