are there TWO differant ultrabase for the X41?

So, second question. Are there two ultrabase for the X41, the latest COSTCO site, shows two docks, one looking more like the traditional dock that I use with a T41, but the one that came with my latest purchase, is simply the smaller flat variety, not containing a spot for a battery charge.

One is an ultrabase, one is the x4 dock.
One main difference is the x4 dock supports the X41 tablet whereas the ultrabase does not.
