I'm in shock ...
My history goes like this
I've first of all upgraded my bios to 75ET60WW (2.06) and after that i've reinstalled the xp t ed
I wanted to secure my data and i've of course handed for the CSS and what came to my eyes scares me to this moment ...
After basic configuration i wanted to enroll my fingerprint and after several failiures caused by two messages i've gived up
the messages goes like this
Cannot enroll user.
Cannot find fingerprint sensor device.
and after clicking Details button
Additional information occures
code description
Cannot enroll user.

Anyone can help me solve this problem??
Oh i would forget ...
The pre-desktop area isn't anymore accesible from the accessibm button ... i have to manualy change the active partition with fdisk to boot into that area...
after pressing access ibm i have a choice - 1.bios 2.boot dev/choose 3.normal startup

Hi,
Jep, I have more or less the same problem on my X41.
Bios update to ver. 2.09 and the embedded controller program to ver. 1.02. My Fingerprint SW is ver. 5.6.
As it is I have the latest updates for everything on the machine.
I have one unknown device and no way of installing the drivers for it. I have spend hours and hours trying to fix this
