cheap 4300mah batterys any good?

I bought an X22 battery on EBay a while back with a high mAH rating.

On the one hand, my battery arrived dead. And the seller in my case while listed as Australia, asked me to ship it back to China. I suspected it was just a storefront registered in Australia.

In any case, it took a shipping loop but eventually I did get a battery which works very well and gives me about 4 hours of run-time on my X22.
