Open Bay from IBM Visa

So I go to the IBM Visa website, click X-series and they list a model with no HDD, RAM, or WiFi at a price which would work for me. When I click it, I am required to choose RAM and an operating system. The most recent thing I remember reading at Thinkpads.com is that IBM does not sell open bay systems. Any ideas on how I could make it work? Thanks.
