Missing drivers during clean install
I burned an image of my factory partition to a DVD before I removed it to make room on my hard drive. But when I boot from the DVD on my external drive (x41t has no internal drive), the restore process stops because it says that drivers are missing. Does anyone know how I can get the machine to recognize myexternal drive during a clean install? I've read most of the clean install threads on this forum, but can't find any with a missing drivers issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
X41t (1867-AGU), Pentium M 1.6 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, 40 GB
