I don't know if this has been posted before, but I just saw this on the Lenovo blogs.

I filled out a similar survey about 6 months ago, and haven't received anything yet. At the time, it was off an ibm page, but noticed this is driven by Lenovo.

Anyone with a tablet (not sure if this includes x60t) should fill it out... just in case they actually deliver on their promise.
