X31 LCD Replacement?

the x31 i recently got has marks on the lcd, and the damage seems to have caused some bright pixels as well.

i'm thinking of replacing the lcd panel, and have already bidded on the item on impulse:

can anyone tell me if it's compatible for the x31?
I tried googling the IMES model no. but I can't find anything useful..

Just make sure to download your X31's Hardware Maintenance Manual from the IBM support site.

There you will see the FRU parts list for every bit of part in your laptop.

Then you can resume your search for the correct part, at least you can avoid ordering the wrong part.
