Question about AC Adapter on x31

Hi. i have a question about AC Adapter. My AC making strange sound when he un-plugs from my laptop, but then he is connected' i have sounds from my laptop, that very same to the sound that coming from the AC(when he un-plugs).

what i need to do???and is it OK about an AC Adapter??

The adapter itself is making the sound?

Get a replacement AC adapter. Sounds like there is an issue with yours.
