Howdy folks,

Just got myself a tiny X31 for school and mobile purposes. I noticed that the wireless card cannot hold a stable connection for more than 3-4 mins then disconnecting . . and reconnecting. I know this lappy has a Wireless A/B card, but I am sitting fairly close to the router. If anyone has experienced this problem, please share your knowledge on how to go about fixing it. Other than that, the laptop works great. Thanks folks for your time!

Pick up an IBM Atheros B/G or A/B/G card for about $30 and your problems will go away.

You could try changing the power save setting in the advanced properties of the wlan card in device manager to maximum network performance. This is not an unknown problem.
