[X30] Power Manager: thresholds and re-calibration

#1 Post by meshua » Thu May 24, 2007 11:35 pm

Hello,

does somebody know, how to set the charge levels (thresholds) in Lenovo's power manager on a X30. The manager runs fine and yesterday I found/got the option to set those levels and even recalibrate the battery. Today I can't find this option anymore but last time I've seen it when clicking left on the battery symbol. Any advise?

W/ best regards,

Torsten

Hi,

I've discovered something new: when battery lifetime comes to fair condition (or worse) then - sometimes - when you click on the battery gauge right, the menu for adjusting thresholds is showing up. Not every time - don't ask me for what reaons. Not really a solution for sombody but at least some new ideas...

Very interesting indeed. So I guess the reason none of us see the option is because our batteries are in "good" condition.

Anyone out there got a battery in "fair" condition and can duplicate meshua's observation?
