problem with ipconfig and pro 1000

[Boo Boo]

my networking devices are 2100b and the pro 1000. in device manager all devices show as fine. but when i try and do a ipconfig i get an internal error and it wont display. if i disable the pro 1000 i can do a ipconfig

is this a glitch or am i dealing with a known issue?
