Generally, yes, you should be able to replace the entire key assembly (keycap and frame or hinge that the keycap snap onto) on most Thinkpad keyboards. For example, this eBay seller appears to have what you need:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0126253064
However, at almost $7 for one key, you might be able to do better here in the Marketplace.

What "key" do you need?
I have a keyboard from a 600 here that dont work but all the keys are on it.Except for the "ESC" key.
I could send one out to ya for the price of shipping.
Or anyone for that matter.
I shiped off small things like this befor and it was $3.43 total with a bubble mailer.
Could say $4.00 usd and i'll send out one.
BUT i tryed to take off one key befor and i can get the ket and the hinge but the little rubber cup underneath is glued onto the board.

Thanks saberX but I also have an extra keyboard. Do you just pry off the keys?

Simply take your fingernail and lift the key off. Place your nail under the front of the key and pry it towards the screen. One quick action will pop it off.
Replace the key buy laying the key at a slight angle first laying it on the switch from the screen and pressing it down towards the palm rest. When it is squarley in place...push straight down and you will hear and feel it snap into place.
It is kind of scary at first...but it can be done. Be gentle and take your time. This worked for me on my X30, T23 and 701C. It is also a good time to blow all the dirt off your keyboard with a can of Century Duster or something equal to that product. If you have any sticking keys...use some contact cleaner lubricant to get the key working freely.
Good luck!
