Charging X20 Battery Pack - not in Laptop

Is it possible to charge a IBM 02K6653/02K6679 BP when it is not mounted inside the Laptop? I have such a BP but only own T30 laptops. I want to use this BP to run other gear or trade the brand new never used BP.

I have tried unsuccessfully to buy from battery OEMS an AC Adapter setup which will safely charge this battery when the BP is not mounted inside a Laptop. I need but do not have a mating connector.

I believe an external quick charger FRU 02K6642 will do what you want. You will also need a separate AC adapter to power the charger. Here's one currently on eBay:
