[X31] Exended Battery - AC Adapter Question (warning Pic)

If you use one of those extended batteries with an X31 do you need to run a 4.5A AC adapter?

My X30 base (91P9024) with battery and Ultrabay says 3.5amp on the sticker.
Only one battery charges at a time.
