Does anyone know where I can get the 4.6.0 build 1153 drivers for the fingerprint reader on an X41 tablet? Also, does anyone know if you can hook up an external IBM fingerprint reader to and X41 tablet in addition to the one that is already integrated. We have about 30 of these and require our users to put screensavers on when they leave their offices. They are complaining that this is a hassle, management is wanting to know if we can use our existing external USB devices as a way so they don't have to open their tablets 100 times a day. Users are in and out of their offices to go to the network printers and we do not want anyone to see what is on their screens while they are gone due to security concerns. Problem solved. I have found the version that I needed in order to work with Novell. It was the same version, just found it on our server. The second answer is yes, you can have an external fingerprint reader.
