Power/Charging indicator issue..

#1 Post by cshbc » Sun Jan 06, 2008 10:21 pm

I did some searching and I couldn't really find anything as it pertains to my issue so I'll throw it out to the group.

I have an X41 that works fine, the only issue that I have is when I'm using the tablet on battery and I plug in the AC adapter Power manager does not switch status. Similarly when I'm on AC and I remove the AC, Power manager reports that the battery is charging.

Mind you these scenerios happen only while the machine is in use, it seems to function well I'm the machine changes power states when it is off or hibernating.

Another note is when the machine is in use and I plug in the AC adapter, if I remove the battery and put it back in the power manager then switches status.

any ideas?
