Support question

#1 Post by kylera » Fri Jan 25, 2008 7:02 pm

I was wondering whether Lenovo still supports and services the older X series or not. Can anyone answer?

By "support", do you mean provide updated software, drivers and BIOS? If so, then yes:

As far as service, that would depend on whether or not the system is still covered by any warranty. If it is, yes you can still get the laptop serviced:

Can you get a laptop serviced even if it's out of warranty? Even if I'm willing to pay for it?
