3G iPod and X31

Hi, anyone ever tried connecting the above 2 together?

It seems like my x31 will not recognize my ipod. And when I do plug the ipod in, my x31 will show me a blue screen listing an error which is so long by the time i finish reading it, my x31 has rebooted itself.

And now my ipod is stuck with a folder and an exclamation mark.

The thing is my ipod worked well with my former laptop so I am thinking it's my x31 giving the problem. If you think I'm in the wrong forum... tell me
