I'm an Idiot! Can't get on my tablet!

I have had a X41 Tablet for 1.5 years. I normally use the fingerprint reader to get access after initial boot up. My tablet had been running very slowly so i went into winconfig to reduce some of the programs running at boot up. I accidentally turned off the fingerprint reader and I forgot the original password since I haven't had to use it in a year and a half. I tried using samurai at best buy to undo the original password but we could not get the machine to use samurai. Does anyone know of another program that will let me delete the password so I can get fully booted up?

i hope you backed up your files because i think the only way to recover from this is to do a system recovery.

maybe you could boot in Safe mode to enable the fingerprint option

If you have XP installed you should be able to log into the standard win XP administrator acount and delete passwords for all other users.
