HHelp! 4 Beps on my x30

I recently purchased a motherboard off fleabay to put in another x30 with bad motherboard.. just now i switched the bad motherboard out and put the "working" one in and powering on ---I get no screen only 4 sets of 4 beeps-- which from the manual --is "board security".. the LCD light is on the "z" (sleep)...the rams and in and HD is a clean,wiped and no data on it...
What am I doing wrong...
if its a password/security issue what should I do?
Please help.
