Problem with X31 ultrabase

Hi,

We have an X31 with an ultrabase. There appears to be a problem where this little window always pops up in the lower right corner indicating that it is possible to undock. This typically happens in response to moving the computer from place to place. Disconnecting and reconnecting the ultrabase can reduce the frequency of the problem temporarily.

Is something like this easily fixed?

Are you by chance pressing the blue button on the front side of the ultrabase?

It is possible for the X31 to be almost but not quite seated in the ultrabase. Be certain it is seated firmly, maybe this is causing the intermittent problem.
