Help with Fn issues.

I did a clean XP wipe of my X41, now some blue Fn button combinations don't work. Please point me to the right software/driver.

Fn that does not work:
The F3 Turn off screen
F12 hibernate?

and, right now when I do Fn+F5 wireless, it toggles on/off bluetooth, how do I configure this key to toggle WiFi instead?

and also do I need drivers for everything on the x4 dock to work?
