WinXP Tablet PC - can't create install disks

Hi everyone,

after some searching and messing with thinkvantage, I'm at the end of my wits. Short history. I bought a CF card instead of my old slimy HDD. I took installation files from my hdd and nlited them (oh why did I ). It screwed the install so that it looks like xppro telling me that it is a xp tablet pc.. but no tablet pc components and half of start menu gone. So i tried to create recovery disks.. No success with usb hdd, no success with big usb flash. So I bought external burner and put a DVD inside (the software told me, that it doesn't support DVD-RAM, so I thougt DVD-R is ok). It burned 400MB of files there, asked for another disc. So i gave him a cd. "Error writing ini file" or something like this was a message, after that, fail. Tried again with a CD. First disk ok, then the same error.


Pleeeez help . I'm stuck. Are the install disks somewhere on rapidshare?

solved... probably the installer didn't wait for the drive to recognize the empty disc, when i waited about 15 sec to be sure, the recovery media were created with no problem.

Thanks for the link, i needed czech WXPTPE.
