I recently upgraded my X32's RAM up to 1.25 GB (A new and tested,
G.Skill & the original Hynix) and it worked fine until yesterday (I altered some BIOS options for the security chip). It then started to lockup. I proceeded to remove the new stick of RAM and it worked fine again. I then swapped the old with the new and it gave me the 4 beep boot error. So I reset the CMOS and now the new stick works and the error is gone, but then my Wifi card gave me a 1802 error upon boot. I bypassed it using
this patch, and I could then meet the frozen system. I then found out that it froze upon hitting 38 C/100 F. While deactivated via the BIOS, it is now hitting & bypassing 38 C without locking the system up,.
I bought the X32 with this card in it, so it seems that it was already patched due to the card not being on the whitelist.
Sorry if I rambled as it was a long week and am not communicating well right now.
*Edit*
Might this issue be in part due to my seeding for days on end? I know that my USB card can get hot to the touch if I let it run for any length of time.
